40-YEAR WARRANTY ON PRESSURE TREATED FOUNDATION                                                      LUMBER
General Shelters of Texas, Ltd., guarantees that the pressure treated lumber used for skids will not fail due to decay for 40 years from the date of delivery.

40 - YEAR WARRANTY ON PRE-FINISHED STEEL AGAINST RUST,                                       CORROSION AND HAIL
General Shelters of Texas, Ltd., guarantees that the pre-painted galvanized steel used for roofing, siding and trim will not develop perforations due to rust, corrosion, or hail that will cause the building to leak or otherwise fail to perform its function for 40 years from the date of delivery.

40 YEAR PAINT WARRANTY ON STEEL

General Shelters of Texas, Ltd., guarantees the paint finish on the pre-painted galvanized steel siding, roofing and trim will not blister, peel or flake for 40 years from the date of delivery.

GENERAL WARRANTY

All new buildings are covered under this limited warranty for a period of one-year. The one-year period begins on the purchase date by the retail customer. New buildings are warranted against water leaks and material or factory defects during this period. Options, such as HVAC units or Water Heaters, carry the warranty of the manufacturer of those units. Alterations to buildings, such as finishing out an unfinished building, may void portions of this warranty.

Warranty Service Requests for materials or factory defects - General Shelters retains the option to repair or replace materials.
